Return and Refund Policy

ECOVOX accepts eligible returns within 30 days after delivery for products purchased from goodwinfo.com.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
• Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized repair, normal wear, or accidental damage are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact us at chaochao0571@gmail.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
